What makes a great website?
The best websites are easy to navigate, and provide the most important information up front, with details easily accessible to people looking for details.
Your website is an extension of your company (and of you!). The way you deliver your message is as important as the message itself. Good websites convey their owners' messages in a manner that is both concise and interesting. Boredom is your enemy!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The first question is always "what are your needs?"
I also like to dig into the person or company's history (only where appropriate, of course). You can unearth interesting insights that way.
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity! I consider programming to be a creative endeavor, much like writing a book, or composing music (which I also do).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just felt that it was time to do it. I like having the additional control that comes with being the person in charge.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Although I can meet the client in person if they are in the Los Angeles metro, 99.9% of my work is remote. Meetings, when needed, are conducted online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No changes necessary, since I do not interact with the client in person. If an in-person meeting is requested, masking and social distancing are employed if the situation warrants doing so.
