I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise and her team! I planned a 50th anniversary party for my best friends and wanted to incorporate a lot of creative ideas to make it a spectacular and memorable event. 6months of planning and bringing in Denise's team we created the most amazing party this past December. Denise's creative gourmet meal ideas were perfect ! We wanted Italian and German food represented and her selections were delicious , beautifully presented and unique. Her staff were all so professional , lovely & friendly . Wil , her bartender was amazing and worked with me in creating the 3 signature cocktails I had in mind. In short. The experience with Denise and her team was excellent!
I used Lobo Castle to cater my wedding. Denise came up with a delicious menu of 4 passed appetizers and cheese station;
peach salad; ribeye steak, salmon or portobello mushroom for an entree choice; coffee, tea and bread for the table. Her prices were reasonable, she was flexible and easy to work with. I heard from many guests how much they enjoyed the food (especially my husband and I).
I would absolutely recommend Lobo Castle!

We also love to incorporate your family's special recipe into the dinner or appetizers. This option gives the food served at your wedding special meaning. Not sure what you would would like to serve? No problem, we have an extensive list of options you can choose from.
Beverage Service
Our full service beverage package includes: bars, bartender, mixers, ice, glasses and alcohol. the alcohol package consists of 5 different liquors, wine and beer. The bar is a 5 hour full bar. Â
Event Planning
We offer full service design, planning, production, price negotiation, and coordination from beginning to the end of your event (prices vary depending on services rendered).
