Met with Yanique a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised, I really was not expecting to have such a wonderful relaxed meeting. I am not even sure if I can express in words how wonderful she was. She made me feel at ease and more importantly never rushed, which was important as there was a lot of information I needed. She took the time to explain everything and at the end, I remember thinking, wow, I finally have someone on my side, someone that has my best interest at heart. I went from a feeling of a really dark difficult time prior to going in, to leaving out of there with a huge sense of relief. That things were going to be OK. Up until Jason Charles joined the firm, I had alot of trouble with timely communication. He is the best paralegal and tram member I have even had working on my case. He answers his phone or calls back in a timely manner.I no longer live in So. I went to loan lawyers after going through some really hard times with a divorce and lost of job. These situations ended up putting me in a very tight position with my creditors. I was in pretty deep with bills after almost a year without an income. I went in to see Matis, after reviewing my case he advised me that chp 7 bankruptcy was my best option. I was very embarrassed and in some ways reluctant to go through bankruptcy but between him and Alexandra the lawyer that was assigned to me, I felt at eased and signed the papers to get the process started. Words can't even begin to express what Loan Lawyers has done for my mother. From the beginning to the end and it was a long road and they never stop fighting for her. My mother had two houses that were set to go into foreclosure; she had an attorney working on it for a little over a year without any results. Riddled with frustration and fear of possibly losing a home she has worked so hard for.
