Came out on a Monday to fix a leak on my heat pump. Charged me $450 for his service and by Friday the refrigerant had leaked out again. Called multiple times and left messages. Was difficult to get a hold of. After getting ahold of Wayne he would not come out and guarantee his work or fix what he charged me for. Then tried to refer me to another company at extra cost. Lloyd’s was great! We had a water leak in a bedroom. They removed everything, fixed the pipe, and put it back together as if it never happened. Communication was great. Highly recommend!! More...

It was a rough 6-10 months with a whole home remodel but Lloyd's did it all. We had bumps as you do with remodels but the end we were very happy. Lloyd's Construction to great care of me and my home after a tree fell thru mu roof. They completed the roof replacement, interior repairs and even painted the exterior for me. Joseph, Jose and Sonni were on point every day, stayed on schedule and were kind and professional throughout the job. I am long overdue in giving this review, but I just found Lloyd's Facebook page. I cannot say enough good things about Sonny Lloyd and his crew, especially Larry Pieper. Sonny was so very helpful to me, when I was in the market for needed repairs to my home in 2012 and I was very pleased with the end result. Later that same year, I moved out of state to Colorado, renting my house out and 5 years later, in 2017, I placed my house in Jax Beach up for sale. Larry stepped up, going over and beyond to assist me in getting my home ready to be sold, ensuring all repairs were taken care of in my absence. I was over 3,000 miles away, unable to go back and forth, and Lloyd's Construction came through for me again. These repairs consisted of the replacement of my electrical box, replacing and rebuilding my carport entirely, as well as additional items that the buyer noted in their offer to purchase. I'm a tough customer and not easily impressed, but I can assure you that Lloyd's is THE best and I highly recommend their services in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. More...
