Stopped in because I was asked to get a long stemmed red rose for a family member's gravesite. Everyone inside was very friendly and helped me promptly. I ordered some flowers for a friend and she received them they were the right flowers, but the colors were wrong.  When I called the flower shop they were extremely nice and offered to rectify the situation.  In a few hours my friend received the a beautiful arrangement of the colors that fits her personality. I also received a text message from the flower shop showing me what the new arrangement looked like before they sent it out. They went above and beyond for me. I've used Grace Flower Shop for several years now and have always been happy with the bouquets delivered.
