The thing I love most about my job is that I get to help people help themselves. I love to take people through breakthroughs and reach their goals. Everyday is different. I love to make connections with people. I enjoy the journey as people walk along their path to reach their goals. I not only ask the important and poignant questions, but I am truly interested in the answers. I am invested in the progress of my clients. I want to see you reach your goals.

I went through a huge growth period in my life. I wanted to offer the services that I wish I had when I was going through my tough times. I also have worked with a few coaches and I love the work. I have always had the entrepreneur spirit. I knew when I received my Master's Degree in Business Administration that I wanted to own my own business. I also love the flexibility that it affords my clients.

Clients should choose me because I am very dedicated to my clients. I am diligent in keeping up with progress and moving forward. I offer accountability but in a very compassionate way. It is important to remove the blocks and obstacles along the way and not just hammer on progress.

Yes, I offer my services through Zoom, Facetime, FB Messenger or Phone.

I do most of my coaching exclusively online. It makes it much more convenient for clients and I am not exposed and can't expose anyone else.

Services

Stress is a number one cause of unhappiness, ill-health and general dissatisfaction in life. When you are stressed it takes a toll on all aspects of your life. It affects your relationships, your health and your happiness.

When you are stressed, you feel trapped. You are running on a hamster wheel that you just can't seem to get off. The constant running on the wheel doesn't allow you to step back and take a discerning look at your life. You seem to always be playing catch up and putting out fires.

I have found many tools that help to reduce stress for my clients. We will explore which tools are best for you and how to best implement them.

We want the changes you make to be impactful and lasting. Ultimately allowing you to feel energized, focused and rested, so you can create a life that you love to live.

The tools we will explore range from mindfulness and meditation to complete calendar overhaul. It is helpful to learn how to determine what activities are good for you and which ones are not. Then, you can mindfully decide what you say yes to and what you say no to in your life.

It has changed out there in the dating pool. Everyone seems confused and at a loss. I have even had a few clients that just plain gave up.

I offer many tailor made solutions to the gauntlet that is dating in our middle age.

For instance, there are several things that one should do before they start dating like getting to know and love yourself, figuring out your red flags, having a thick skin and determining the kind of relationship you want.

Then, there is where to meet them, how to approach them, how to communicate, how to proceed and hopefully achieve a successful longterm healthy relationship. These are the things that I coach my clients on with my dating coaching.

Sometimes we know something is off, but we can't quite put our finger on it.

I offer sessions and tools to help clients to do a deep dive into their life in all aspects financial, social, work, home, relationships, etc. to determine where we might need to dig in.

This is general life coaching. It helps you to see where you might need to focus to create positive change and fix that feeling that something just isn't quite right.

I offer extensive knowledge in lifestyle "upgrades", as I like to call them, to help clients achieve the feeling of well-being, happiness and authenticity that they are searching for.

Sometimes we feel fatigue, lack of motivation, low energy and not being present in our own lives. These are all symptoms of burnout and can be turned around usually with lifestyle coaching.

It helps to start with the basics, like getting more sleep, eating healthy and drinking enough water. It may seem like these changes might be easy to make, but many times we have blocks and obstacles that just won't allow us to get there.

I help clients to remove the blocks and obstacles to implement these healthy lifestyle upgrades into their lives, so they can create the life they can't wait to live.
