I want to shine a light on the confusion that comes when your “purpose” moves out of your house, or some other life event causes your routine and lifestyle to change. Our success in service to others may have left us disconnected from our own passions and even "lonely".

Living Whole You has become a source of positive energy and upliftment, whether through a daily post or the current Womens's retreat being offered. Wonderful to experience this kind of guidance in the world, thank you. More...
What do you love most about your job?
I love to work with women who are ready to take the time, and put some effort into taking specific action steps, to have your first result… and then your fifth result… and then your tenth result.
This is where you start dreaming again and create that exciting life you are eager to grow forward in.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own journey of “letting myself go” as a wife, mother and professional as outlined in my book,
Lady and the Tribe.
Why should our clients choose you?
As the Dalai Lama said several years ago - "The world will be saved by the western woman". Who better to lead this movement then women with a good amount of “life” under our belts and inspired to make a positive difference. I stand for these women and serve to help them find and follow their passions and purpose from a position of strength.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I love working with clients both in person and virtually one on one or in small group settings.
Life Coaching
I support women who have lost themselves in their roles as wife and mother and help them find their passions, purpose and people.
Mentor
I help women navigate back to rediscover who they really are and who they want to become.
Results Driven Methods
Together we implement transitioning tools that can help you discover what lights us up and ignite your passion for life. I am committed to helping women transition quickly from grief, loneliness and “Blah” to joy and fulfilling contribution.
