How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I create a customized program based on their goals both short and long term.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and the right balance between nutrition and fitness. Nutrition will only get you so far. The same is true of fitness. Knowing the right balance of those two is what I help you find, while helping you stay consistent with your goals and health.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the transformations in my clients physically and mentally.
Physically, I have clients that put major limits on themselves or think they will never look a certain way again. I enjoy seeing the change in body image and functionality as they progress. Mentally, clients come in a lot of times defeated or not really wanting to workout. As they workout with me I can see that perspective change as clients see how health and fitness affects all parts of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work for a business called Living Proof Spine & Sport. The whole idea behind Living Proof is that we are living proof that what we do (as far as chiropractic and fitness) works! I have been able to freely use my own philosophies about fitness and the body and see them impact my clients.
I have always had an interest in how the body works and why. Personal Training has allowed me to show that passion and help people understand why their bodies do what the do.

I am not just going to help you achieve your goals, I am going to make sure your whole body is functioning properly so you can live day to day with no worries.

I have a virtual option that is for people that are ready to fully invest in themselves. It is a partnership between the client and I, in all parts of their life because we work on fitness, nutrition, and life in general. We have weekly and daily conversations on progress, struggles, etc. I am constantly working with the client to figure out what works best for them and what will get them to their goals the fastest.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We sanitize equipment between every client, and offer hand sanitizer to all clients.

If you are a person who knows their way around a guy and just don't want to plan your own workouts this is for you. These programs are already laid out for you, you just have to follow them.
