I am a holistic health trainer. You'll get wellness as well as a fit and leaner body. I look at the body from the inside out. Just because you're lean doesn't necessarily mean your insides reflect healthy cells! My other promise: I will always work hard to keep you engaged and interested.

Your highly personalized plan is based on a strength and endurance assessment as well as a postural assessment checking for muscle imbalances (caused by tightness and weaknesses) that we will correct along the way.

Personal training plans are almost always accompanied by health coaching for optimum results.

Clients are challenged with weight bearing resistance from dumbbells, bands, balls, TRX, barbells (progressively and safely!! Safety is #1).

Clients report better knees, hips, backs, shoulders, and feet after working with me for 3 months or more.

Weight loss (if needed) is only achieved in a 3 to 6 month regimen...depending on how much you have to lose and how long you work with me, and whether you follow my protocols, including lifestyle habits, nutrition, and supplementation and whether you're on medication or have other issues outside of our control sabotaging your weight loss. My health coaching programs address the entire body, the goal being to reduce inflammation and let your nutrition foster healthy cells without deprivation. We work on mindset and habits to set you up for success! I address most important issues first with your permission. For example, if I determine that stress is your primary culprit for your weight or health issues, we will work on that as priority and add only as many new habits as you can handle. Or if you are having sleep problems, we might address this first and I will explain why this is so crucial to correct.

Massage Therapist comes to studio once a month to treat my clients. AMAZING, therapeutic massages. He is also my personal massage therapist.

For detoxifying the body and wound healing. Very good for the muscles, stress and relaxation!

This is all a part of a larger health program. Assisted, PNF, active release, Isometric, etc.
Note: Occasionally I have a client who wants only stretch. If they are willing to stick with criteria I describe on the consultation, I may set up a special program for these individuals.
