Live Fit Personal Training + Nutrition is a small, family-owned personal training studio in Westlake, Ohio. We offer virtual/ online personal training and in-person training at our Westlake, Ohio studio.

In addition to traditional personal training certifications our trainers have a variety of other certifications in sports strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, yoga, pilates, and more.

We work with a wide variety of clients of all ages and ability levels.
