Had little Marks cater my backyard wedding this past weekend. Had endless complements from our guest on the food. We did a full pig roast and it was the most tender pork I've ever had at a party. He was easy to work with when it came to customizing our menu, and he was quick to return calls and emails. We also appreciated them going the extra step to cook a few hotdogs for the handful of kids there. We had a few particular eaters who were really impressed with the the sides as well. The team that showed up to cook had great personalities and really catered to each guest, we loved that they went around asking everyone how the food was. When they realized our bestman loved the crispy parts of the pig they made sure he got extra. Thier portions are HUGE too. Hands down one of the best vendor choices we made. Been by Little Mark's many times but never stopped by. Finally stopped and was happy I did. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, they have some great food going on here. The kids menu options are limited, but will appease the little ones as it did my kids. The adult options are plenty. My wife ordered the half chicken and enjoyed it lot, but said the chicken breast was a little dry (but not enough to affect my score). I order a half shredded pork and 1/2 shredded brisket w/2 Texas sausage. This option was not on the menu but the waitress asked what I was looking for and she had no problem creating a combo for me. I enjoyed All of it very much. The corn bread was very good. The house made sweet BBQ sauce was also good, a little runny but still good. I did not try the hot sauce. I will definitely be back. The brisket was amazing. We came for a birthday bbq celebration and tried just about everything on the menu. The ambiance leaves a bit to be desired but if you’re coming for inexpensive, great tasting, country bbq, then you’ve found yourself in the right place. Our cornbread was the best in this area.
