Thank you Tony! I is a pleasure to work with you and be a part of your new and innovative space. I wish you much success!

I typically like to do a phone interview to gain a complete understanding of the project, it makes establishing a fee easier, this is also the time to discuss timelines or any details unique to the project. Then we can set up a time to meet, I will have contract or letter of agreement to sign and we can get started.

I have $425.00 design consultation, for two hours. That consultation is tailored so you can gain as much information on a specific topic.

Due to projects being so different, we base pricing on the scope of the project. We have done flat fee, hourly, percentage of the construction cost (new constriction), price per square foot, lump sum or any combination of these, having a conversions regarding all the work, is how determine fees.

I do not have a specific design style I design to, each project is unique due to the fact that each person using that space is unique. By listening to my clients, understanding their needs is the best way to design the perfect space.

I have been doing this work since I was able to open a paint can and hold a brush. At a very young age I understood that a space could evoke emotion and feelings based on color, light, the way the bed was set. i knew that was something I wanted to be a part of, I have had my firm for 12 years however in this business for over 25 years.

The love of design and the ability to positively impact a person just by changing their surrounding whether it is a residential or commercial project, this is achieved by using the right lightning, colors, textures and shapes that enhance a space.

I have an advance technical degree in interior design (equivalent to a bachelors degree) which allows me to be a registered interior designer in the state of Texas, with being registered also comes with the requirement to meet continuing education in order to keep that registration. Codes, trends, it all changes, Its my way of keeping up with all the ever changing rule and regulations. I also have the ability to sign and seal drawings needed to submit to a city for a building permit if your project requires.

I believe in communication. By truly listening to and asking questions, my clients are given personal attention and the attention to detail they deserve.
