I listen to what the goals of the client are, and based on that create a program that will get them to that goal!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Take each day one at a time. Conquer a daily goal, then look forward to the next day. Creating positive, healthy, consistent habits will get you on the right track to have the body of your dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
When a client tells me I've changed their life! Nothing better than that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Survival! Going through a divorce and job loss at the same time made me hustle. I realized I wanted to be my own boss from now on.

Because I will never give up on you. I will encourage and push you - kindly but firmly. I have a high client retention rate and I believe it's because I truly care about helping others even when they aren't motivated or believe in themselves.

Yes. COVID shutdown caused me to scramble to keep my in person clients training, by providing them with quality workouts from home with whatever equipment they had. And it worked! I can work with whatever you have at home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a client wants me to wear a mask, I will respect that. The personal training gym I train my clients at does have a disinfecting protocol we use after people use the equipment.
