I wish there was higher then 5 stars as Lisa deserves it. I am super picky person I run my own company as does my husband neither of us could have planned our Kiddish and Party without Lisa. Here are some reasons she is a MUST HIRE: 1. Her price pays for itself in all of the savings she gets you with vendors. She has direct connections to the best vendors they work with her, listen to her and she always helps the client to get the best price. 2. She knows everyone in this industry she could do this with her eyes closed. She is very likable and friendly so naturally everyone wants to work with her and help her. If you trust her she can plan everything top to bottom in a few weeks. 3. She goes above and beyond - she does things like getting decals on bathroom (shown below) so its look pretty, has vendors throw in items to keep the flow of the party, handles everything from the biggest to the smallest items because she cares. Even if you get something on your own she will always try to help you find a better price or product. 4. She is totally calm and if there is an issue she knows how to solve it ASAP. She went to our venue the day before the event just to check in realized the pictures were not good and spent her entire day working to fix them. It was not her error, she was not being paid to spend the whole day fixing it but she stayed on it until everything was perfect. 5. She is available 24/7 always calming, warm, friendly many times I got nervous or felt panic and she would always text, call or email nights, days, weekends or holidays. She truly cares which is something you cannot put a price on. She wants her clients happy and makes it happen while beyond the confines of her jobs. I have worked with other planners and this was not the case. She can handle decor as well and has great ideas. She is a wonderful kind person and anyone would be lucky to have her at their side on their big day. More...

Lisa created an incredible event for my son's bar mitzvah. From start to finish, from the way the event "moved," to the centerpieces, to the gift bags and water bottles and the way she took care of every last detail- the night was perfect because of her! Lisa is fantastic. She helped me plan my daughter's bat mitzvah and really kept me on track with what needed to be done and how to best do it. She has tons of great ideas and contacts and is also very generous with her time. She even helped my friend, who was on a tight budget, find great vendors for her son's party, all as a favor to me. There are no words. I love this woman. Not only did she help me find the right vendors for my style, budget, and personality, she stuck with me from the planning to the day of to even making sure I had some of my décor afterwards. I am so happy that I included Lisa in both the plans and the day of support for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. Working with Lisa was one of the best decisions we made for our event. Lisa is so organized, so experienced and so aware of all of the big and small details that really make a difference! Her experienced advice was always welcomed and appreciated but I also felt like she respected the ideas and suggestions that we had as well. I have to say that if not for her and her team with the day-of support I never would have been able to enjoy myself. I was completely comfortable knowing she was overseeing the vendors and was taking care of all of us so we could just relax and enjoy the celebration we created knowing we were all in very capable hands. The best thing I did was contact Lisa Ivler Events to help with our daughter's Sweet 16 party. It is easy to tell that Lisa loves what she does. From start to finish she was enthusiastic as if she were planning her own party. But she always kept the guest of honor's personality in mind. Lisa put us in contact with the BEST vendors with the best prices. With our budget in mind, she knew where to SPLURGE and where to conserve. On the day of the event, she arrived early at the venue to make sure everything was in order. She stayed for the entire party overseeing everything. Lisa did such an incredible job with my daughter Morgan's Bat Mitzvah. Her time, commitment and attention to details exceeded my expectations. I don’t know what I would have done without Lisa. I originally hired Lisa just for the day of the event. I planned my daughter’s bat mitzvah on my own, and since I handle much of the details myself, I did not think I needed anyone prior to the day of the party. I fully admit, that once I started working with Lisa, I realized how much I did not know. Lisa thought of ALL the little details that I did not. Lisa found the perfect venue for my event. She was my sounding board for everything each step of the way. Lisa helped me solidify my to-go station ideas, and took over putting the labels on the Gatorade -because I just could not get them on correctly. I told Lisa what I wanted as the timeline for the event, thinking that I knew the best way to do it – again, I was wrong – Lisa pointed out to me all the reasons that my timeline was not optimal to keep the party at high energy (which is what I wanted), and suggested a completely different timeline, which was much better than I had suggested. In the end, her timeline worked perfectly!! Lisa interfaced with all of my other vendors, seeking their input and approval of the timeline in advance, making sure everyone knew all the details. On Saturday, Lisa was at the Knoll in the morning, and worked tirelessly the entire day and night, attending to every last detail so that I could enjoy my party. More...

We recently celebrated out daughter's Sweet 16. It was a fabulous evening from beginning to end thank to Lisa! She thought of all of the large & small details that I had not considered and made sure that the day went off with out a hitch! The vendors/entertainers that she suggested were incredible. Lisa recently served as event coordinator for us when I got sick before my son's bar mitzva. I essentially hired her to be "me" in the weeks leading up to the event and for the day of. I couldn't have made a better choice. She immediately reached out to all of my vendors, introduced herself, and handled any issues that came up, which of course inevitably did! She went far beyond the scope of what technically in her job description, made helpful suggestions, and just overall helped make the day run smoothly so we could relax and enjoy. She came to set up for hours the day before, checking in with me at every step so I could relax and know everything was in good hands, and coordinated everything the day of.
