The service was slow and our waiter had a bit of difficulty taking our order but I wasn't here for all that, I was here for authentic Chinese food, which is rare to find outside of cities without large communities of Chinese people. Since I moved here San Antonio in summer of 2013, #authentic Chinese restaurants have came a long way. Their food has been top notch ever since the change of ownership. It is hard to find REAL Chinese food. Don’t get me wrong, I have been known to enjoy Americanized Chinese food from time to time. However, Li’s is a fantastic find for anyone looking for authentic Chinese dishes. The steam buns, steam dumplings, potstickers, Mongolia beef, garlic cold chicken noodles, pan fried Sichuan chicken, and crispy spicy & savory chicken are all highly recommended.
