Q&As

I find deep personal fulfillment in helping others achieve their dreams. I love solving problems. I'm also quite good at both. It's fun and deeply rewarding to do things that we excel at. But showing up is the first step. So let's find YOUR inner lion and let it roar.

I have over 20 years as a technology and business leader, including two successful startups that I co-founded. And I have mentored two CEOs from when they had just an idea to the high net-worth companies they are today. I enabled them find the nuances of leadership they wanted to embody and then transform into that person. This included growing teams, fundraising, and meetings with some of the biggest retailers in America.

I have also helped individuals go from the individual contributor role to a managerial role using most of the same tools and technologies. The sky is the limit. Find your inner lion and roar.

I can provide services via Zoom, Google Meet or any other platform of your choosing. I can also meet in person. I am in Culver City. Let's find your inner lion and roar.

I started meeting exclusively online during Covid-19. However, I'm open to meet in person, if that is your preference. I do find value in meeting face to face, so I'm happy to accommodate your preferences.

Services

The Career Coaching track is a personalized journey focusing on both leadership and personal development, as they relate to your career goals.

It is always a results-driven approach, so we can talk about concrete goals you want to achieve.

* Process *
We start by identifying the long term vision first. From there we extract tangible goals. We then develop milestones so we can work towards smaller wins and also track progress. Finally, we articulate growth areas that require you to develop your skills.

* Schedule *
The typical engagement will achieve all of these in the first two meetings. We meet weekly at first, but I am open to a different cadence that matches your needs.

* The importance of Standards *
Accountability, reliability and transparency are the foundation of all discussions. The remainder of the program is a series of calls where we check in on progress and fine tune the approach to reach your goals.

* Build - Measure - Learn *
By following this proven methodology we can develop long-lasting habits that serve as the foundation for ongoing development and lasting growth. We build your desired skills, measure progress and learn what is working and what is not. Once we dial in how your brain learns ... and adjust accordingly ... we can focus our attention on building skills at a faster rate.

The Leadership Mentoring track is a personalized journey focusing on both leadership and personal development, as they relate to your career goals.

It is always a results-driven approach, so we can talk about concrete goals you want to achieve.

* Process *
We start by identifying the long term vision for your leadership. Next, we make an assessment of your existing leadership qualities and experiences. The goal is to complete a Gaps Assessment: where are you now versus where you envision yourself. I always work with people by meeting them exactly where they are now.

From there we can form tangible, actionable goals. These goals serve as a basis for developing milestones, which become time-based SMART goals. Milestones also allow us to work towards smaller wins and also track progress. Finally, we articulate any growth areas that require you to develop your skills outside of our work together.

* Schedule *
The typical engagement will achieve these items in the first two to four meetings. I suggest we meet weekly at first, but I am open to a different cadence that matches your needs.

* The importance of Standards *
Accountability, reliability and transparency are the foundation of all discussions. The remainder of the program is a series of calls where we check in on progress and fine tune the approach to reach your goals. We can then readjust, as needed.

* Build - Measure - Learn *
By following this proven methodology we can develop long-lasting habits that serve as the foundation for ongoing development and lasting growth. We will also reassess ourselves on our core leadership goals with some regularity so that we can build the leader, measure the progress and learn what is working and what is not having the results we want.
