This is the real deal of Tai Chi. When I started at this wonderful studio, I had pains in my joints and over 6 months the pains left and I found myself getting stronger physically and mentally. My memory became sharper and I felt much happier in general. Dr. Ling is continuously teaching and helping his students get better and enjoy the health (mind and body) and the martial side of this rich art. There are not many instructors that possess such a mastery and awareness of martial arts as Dr. Ling. There are so many aspects integrated into the program to help one grow in a healthy and strong manner. The people that attend the classes are wonderful and from various walks of life.
