We just had to replace both of our air conditioners (air handlers/condensers). The condenser for upstairs was completely dead, so we replaced it along with the air handler. Our downstairs unit was also on its last legs, I’m honestly surprised it lasted 16 years! It far exceeded the typical “life” of an air conditioner in the south, so it was definitely time to replace. They loaned us window units so my girls and pets wouldn’t be miserable until the new one could be installed. I am so upset with my service and cost today. I couldn't believe what LIMRIC Plumbing charged to fix a simple leak on my pedestal sink ($493). I provided the new hardware and was charged $200 for two small water lines. Cost about $18 each at Lowes. I have no problem with fair and reasonable but what was charged today was NOT fair and reasonable. Their service prices are outrageous! If you have money to burn then maybe this company is for you. Zero stars paid them 12k to install pluming didn't do any of it right have a line exposed and the yard is ruined said they would take it and make it level it looks like my 80 year old grandmother did it filing a lawsuit against them they ruined my yard very unprofessional and they cut my power and internet line which were marked complete morons

I paid $1900 slightly over a year ago for this hot water heater which was overpriced but at the time I needed it. Now slightly more than one year later you want $375 labor to repair it for a 1 hour job. Believe me I’ll be telling friends and neighbors about your highway robber More...

Limric installed our 3 HVAC systems and does the annual maintenance. I have mixed feelings on this company. I have had one tech who is great and the rest just screw stuff up. I just had my systems looked at 2 days ago and the tech left my attic door open so all my hot air went into my attic (didn’t catch it till 2 days later). Also, the same tech said who ever you hired to install your systems did some weird things. I laughed because it was his company (Limric) who did it. I had another tech leave a cap off the airflow valve so I got condensation in my pan which of course rusted the pan and it’s a $700 mistake on their part. Just recently another tech told me I had to fix my ductwork for $8k while another tech from the same company said they are fine. All in all I would say they are a 3 star company at best. More...
