I’ve used a Touch of Class for all of my travels to Chicago from the airport. This time today I got Paul as a driver and he was the most gracious driver of all. Great conversation, made me feel very comfortable, and amazing story teller, he had me laughing the whole drive. I found a touch of class limousine on Google after my usual company informed me they were completely booked, this blessing in disguise lead me to A touch of class. I had the pleasure of working with Isaiah. From the initial moment the experience was perfect. He was knowledgeable, patient understanding, etc. The reservation I made was for my cousins wedding, and a complicated one at that. multiple limos, multiple drop off locations, the criteria of the reservation changed about 6 or 7 times however at the end of the day everything lined up. They truly care about the customer. They are thorough, and great at what they do. They work with you to make sure you get what you need at the price you want.
