To be completely honest - I was never much of an exerciser mainly because I am so easily intimidated. At Limitless I’m learning not just about exercising and working out but most importantly about myself, my strengths and weaknesses. I’m accomplishing workouts that I would never thought I could do. When I started 2 months ago I could barely finish a 100 meter run without stopping for a break - now I finish a mile. Sam and Kourtney push me but most of all encourage me. Whether you are new to working out or a gym addict I would definitely recommend Limitless Training for the simple fact that they genuinely care about their clients and their client’s progress ️‍♀️ More...
