During my time in the military, I had the opportunity to work for great leaders and leaders that were not so great. That is where I started my journey to study leadership, and it quickly light a fire inside me to help people and make people better. I had a great time in the Navy but now I teach every day and I wanted to reach out to people who are not in my immediate area. I started this business with one thing on my mind, help people become the best they can be.

I have a deep understanding of leadership; I grew up an only child with parents that separated at a young age so my ability to resonate and share experiences with people and connect with them is something I leverage every day. additionally, I am an instructor and teach people every day and that gives me the ability to understand many different challenges that people face.
