I called and spoke with Lily about a possible flower arrangement for a funeral. I had never really ordered flowers for such occasion before, but Lily was really patient and helpful when I had questions. We settled on a large cross and my only request was for there to be blue in it. She asked if she could add other types of flowers and colors to make the arrangement look full and pretty and I, of course, agreed.The day of the delivery, I called and asked if I could receive a picture of the arrangement and she texted me a photo within the hour. Oh man...let me tell you...I was speechless. It was such a beautiful arrangement. I was left so speechless that I didn't even know what to respond back and Lily event sent a follow-up text to make sure I had received the picture and that I liked it. If you are looking for flowers, especially for those special occasions, I would definitely suggest this place. For the price, it definitely went beyond what I expected and they have super friendly service. She also takes payment through the phone, which is super convenient for people like me who does not live around the area. More...

I don't have much to say. I got a nice bouquet of a half dozen roses. I live in the bay and my girlfriend lives in Long Beach. I ordered her some flowers just because. I was worried I ordered them at the wrong time because she was about leave her place and I didn't tell her about the flowers because it was a surprise. They got there pretty damn fast and my girlfriend was pleasantly surprised so I gotta give them 5 stars at the very least. Especially since they got there before she was gone! I phoned in a flower arrangement request a day prior to delivery for my moms birthday. Erika's customer service was completely phenomenal and my husband and I couldn't be any more pleased! We are extremely happy we were able to place our order and in less than 24 hours our arrangement was delivered! We couldn't have asked for better customer service and satisfaction! Little flower shop in my neighborhood that I use often. Great staff and great pricing. I usually call in and order an arrangement based on price. No matter what budget I'm on they manage to make a beautiful bouquet. No reflection on the business at all, the "parking lot." Probably 5 spots shared between 2/3 businesses. On a busy flower holiday forget trying to pull up to the shop. Andddd whenever you can find parking, good luck trying to get out- you're backing up onto Anaheim, which could take forever! More...

A gorgeous flower arrangement was delivered to me today by Lily Flower Shop. I called my friends who live in New Jersey to thank them for the beautiful arrangement. They said they chose Lily Flower Shop merely because it appeared to be the closest shop to my home. Then they said the person they spoke to when placing the order  could not have been more helpful. When they initially called, the woman they spoke to said she was with a customer and asked if she could return their call, which she promptly did. We came in on a Saturday morning with very delicate cattleya orchids for my grandmother. She requested a corsage. The lady helped us make our grandmas birthday wish come true! She was very nice and gave us a lot of insight about how to make the flower last and make a special corsage for my grandma. We were so happy for her help the corsage was perfect she is so happy! Been here twice now, with many more stops to come in the future. I stop by in the morning right as they open on my way to work. The woman who runs the place is very nice, and helps me build a custom bouquet each time for my girlfriend, who always ends up loving the flowers. It's awesome being able to pick out which loose flowers I want to go into my bouquets--allows me to do something a little different each time. I'd recommend coming here for your flower needs. I looooove Lily Flower Shop and visit a couple of times a month.... they always have beautiful arrangements for home or the office ready to go. ... Their prices are outstanding also.  But my favorite part is when I "special" order.... I go in and tell them the occasion, the flowers I like, and how much I want to spend, and then they take it from there!!!   I get an arrangement that is so much bigger and prettier than I even expected.....
