On the day of the cleaning her team arrived promptly at our scheduled time and worked diligently until finished, leaving no corner untouched. I had my first visit from Lili's team today and came home to a spotless house! Lili was very responsive for scheduling, and was able to fit me in within 24 hours of my initial request.  I received estimates from several other companies,  and Lili's was the most affordable while also having good reviews. The team did a thorough job,  to include vacuuming the upholstery! One thing I didn't know beforehand is that it costs extra to clean the inside of the fridge ($50) and oven ($40), but if I need those services I'm sure it's worth it. My only complaint is that they turned on the heat and left it set at 90 degrees, which was unpleasant to come home to on a hot day. I assume it was on accident while cleaning the thermostat,  which I guess means they had attention to detail in cleaning every little thing! Looking forward for their next visit in 2 weeks! More...

Lili was quick to respond to my initial request and was able to schedule me within a week. The ladies arrived quite a bit late but Lili was communicating with me letting me know they would be running late, which I appreciated. Once they started, they were quick and thorough. Due to limitations from a recent back surgery, they even helped me unload my dishwasher and put away some dishes that I wasn't able to because I can't bend. I was very pleased with their services! Lili's team just left my house and it is spotless. I initially found out about them through Groupon. I got a Groupon deal for their cleaning services (two people for two hours) and am really glad I found out about them. I live in a 1400 sqft townhouse and was perhaps expecting them to clean part of the house in the two hour timeframe but they cleaned the whole house from top to bottom. The floors are spotless, carpet has been thoroughly vacuumed, all furniture has been dusted, granite polished, they even dusted the ceiling fans which have had four years of dust build up on them, and all of my knicknacks (which I have a lot of). I'm impressed with their attention to detail and care they put into cleaning my house. Lili is also very responsive and easy to get in touch with to make an appointment. I honestly just can't get over how clean it is. A huge thank you to Lili and her team for putting a smile on my face today. Amazing work done by these ladies! We came back to a clean, spotless house, and it really amazed me how much they got done in just two hours - they cleaned our entire house, two bedrooms, two full baths, in two hours! And the attention to detail was beyond what I was expecting. They even made little fan folds at the end of every toilet paper roll and in every tissue box - it really was like coming home to a hotel! They cleaned our ceiling fans, couch, chairs,...they made our bed! I just can't say enough great things about Lili and her crew. They were also very punctual and it was easy to pay them afterwards. Lili and her team have been cleaning my home for a couple years now and I have *ALWAYS* been very happy with her services. I had her come out every 3 weeks and she never missed a beat, always confirming the day before. I moved recently and she did a flawless job for the move out cleaning. Now she comes to my new place once a month, again never needing me to remind her, she reminds me per usual. She is also very flexible with scheduling so when a date or time didn't work well for me she was always happy to accommodate. Her team comes in, always professional and always spectacular work. I cannot Rave enough about this company they did such an amazing job on my house. I , requested for a quote and within 10 minutes they responded with an amazing quote I could not pass up. The pricing is very reasonable considering I have a 3 bedroom 3 bath house. They showed up on time and even the owner herself came in to help with her girls what great teamwork they all have. They are just terrific! Very easy to teach the ladies we're friendly and kind and most off all they cleaning was impeccable! !! And no i am not exaggerating, they got rid of bathroom tiles stain that I had just given up on. They were supposed to clean for a set time and kept going even when they're time was up. My only Con was that their products smelled quite strong so I wouldn't advice if you have a sensitivity to chemicals but I was just so happy to have a clean appartement that I did not mind. I can't rave enough about how happy I am with Lily's team. She was very quick to respond to an estimate inquiry over Yelp messaging, and her team was able to stop by the same day to clean my apartment. I was particularly impressed with the carpet, as I have a husky who is putting his heart and soul into heavy shedding all over the place. My dog is still outraged after Lilly's team's visit. I had our home's windows cleaned, inside and out, on Sunday 6/11/17. The two-man crew did an excellent job! They arrived early and finished the job in 2 hours. Some days afterwards, husband and I discovered 3 windows had not been entirely secured, but this was a minor concern being that the windows can open in for easy cleaning and the latch to hold them in place can be a little tricky to get in place. We did not have the screens cleaned; they were removed, however, for the actual window cleaning. Very decent price; we included a tip. My only recommendation is for the workers to have disposable booties to wear over their shoes so that less dirt is tracked in (we have light-colored carpets throughout). Liliana was very responsive and provided two really great girls to clean my house after moving out. I can't say enough about how thorough, fast and just plain nice the cleaning crew was. In about two hours they cleaned a four level, 2br, 1.5 bath townhouse to include cabinets, oven and refrigerator. I started using Lilis a few months ago for house cleaning every three weeks. They have been great to work with. Always on time, and Lili responds very quickly whenever I email her, plus she texts me (super convenient! ) the day before, to confirm. I set up a time with Lili's thinking that they would clean the floor and make our kitchen look a little nicer. The team arrived enthusiastic and ready to work. Lilis Cleaning Service did an amazing job on our house.  The bathrooms were sparkling, the carpets and floors looked wonderful, the house smelled great - they even organized my sons books on his bookshelf, cleaned out our recycling container, and cleaned off things I would have never thought about cleaning.  Plus, for an added extra they folded all of our hanging up towels, TP and tissues so it felt like we were in a hotel.  All for a really great rate (plus they provide the supplies and the vacuum). We have been getting a house cleaning every other week now for over a month.  Lili and her crew are always reliable and do a consistently good job and are very nice and respectful (they asked before turning on the vacuum because I had an infant sleeping. )  They even go above and beyond like sucking up a huge spider for me with their vacuum that was crawling on the ottoman!  They usually have 3 or 4 people total and I don't have a very large house, but it gets done quickly and efficiently. We called Lili's on a Monday afternoon hoping they could come the following day. They showed up at 7:30am on Tuesday and had the home done in an hour and a half. Three cleaners were in the crew and they dusted, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned bathrooms etc. I am very happy with: 1. Promptness2. Availability3.
