? I've been losing weight since my first visit. I feel comfortable dieting. I am not getting hangry and I am able to easily ignore cravings.
I've also seen an improvement in my sleep and mood. Chuck has been great about helping me with many of my problems. His suggestions have been great ways to take a different approach to bothersome situations.

Chuck has done a phenomenal job at helping me overcome some internal struggles, such as test anxiety. I saw results immediately after the first session.
For example, prior to our initial session, I had doubts about my abilities to tackle an academic goal. However, during a hypnosis session I was able to form a plan that eventually led to achieving my goal a month later. It’s as if I was blinded to the solution that was already in me and he was able to shed light to it.
Coming in, I was a bit skeptical about hypnosis, but after experiencing it a couple times first-hand, I’ve gotta say that Chuck has the ability to make it work! My advice to any skeptics out there is to go in with an open mind and don’t try to fight it. Try your best to relax (which is really easy with Chuck) and listen to his calm voice as he guides you down a path in your mind you never knew you could access. Once you reach the end of that path, you will wake up totally refreshed and ready to take on anything that comes your way!
