In order to rate my experience with Melinda fairly, I feel I should start with a very short list of things I struggle with daily: anxiety, depression, PTSD.
Along with these conditions, I should add I was not able to lose extra weight for years, my eating habits and taking care of myself certainly have taken the last place in my life and sadly I even forgot what I used to enjoy.
The sessions with Melinda were sometimes fun and easy to do and sometimes touched on difficult areas of my life I would rather not work on. But they all gave me clarity, provided guidance which took away the feeling of being overwhelmed, and I had confidence and assurance that I am moving in the right direction. For the first time in my life and I am 43, I was able to stick with excersize, eat healthier, lose weight and most importantly feel happier and get back to the things I used to enjoy.
I am very thankful for taking on life coaching sessions with Melinda and feel she did a great job being my guide and cheerleader which enabled me to make changes I could not maintain on my own. More...
