Great location, staff has always been friendly and helpful. Left another gym and started at lifetime in 2018. Other gym was horrible. This has all the work out equipment, the environment, and services that you need. If you want the sauna it's there. Swimming is there, steam room, hot tub (fountain of youth).. all the amenities that you could be looking for. Even has hoops if you so desire. Far superior to any gym we have joined. We have been members at 24 hour fitness and One Life Fitness, they cant even compare to what Life Time offers. From the many scheduled classes, to the pools, the trainers, the well appointed locker rooms, the cafe, salon, rock climbing, basketball.....everything is thought of. I think only the US govt enjoys taking my money more than LT fitness! I really enjoy this gym but their contacts for personal training need some serious work. I've been charged for 5 sessions without permission at this point and have submitted multiple complaints with Beachwood and their corporate office. I absolutely LOVE this gym! My sister brought me as her guest one day where I was able to watch my nephew's swimming lessons, see the locker rooms, workout areas, and the pool.  I love how clean and inviting this gym is and how I felt completely comfortable in every area I was in.  I love how when I first signed up to the a member they give you a 1 hour coaching session with a personal trainer where they discuss your goals with you and how you can reach them using the facilities at Lifetime.  My favorite part of this gym, especially during the summer, is using the outdoor lap pool pretty much at any time of the day.  I usually went to the pool in the early mornings but also during the afternoons.  I appreciated how clean the pool was and how well kept the pool area was.  Swimming is what I missed the most living here in Nebraska so I'm happy I can get back into it here at Lifetime.  Now that the outdoor pool is closed I will probably mix up my workout with classes and the free weight floor.  Another great feature about this gym is their locker room saunas!  I appreciate these saunas after a great workout.  It helps my muscles from tightening up and stretching in the sauna is great for post workout!Some may say that the monthly fee here is pretty steep and I completely empathize with that statement.  However, I have always felt that one's health is worth an investment.  As long as the gym membership is used one can reap the benefits of the investment. Its really nice gym i have tried different gym but this gym is the best , The only issue is the classes the classes in the middle of the gym with loud music that fits for night clubs music  hahahah , thats why i started going at night so i can enjoy my workout and listen to my own music . Been coming here on and off for about 7-8 years on the family plan with my parents. I used to love coming here everyday. I went of to college and they gladly paused my account until I returned (whether it be for a weekend, a week or winter break). I definitely think the price is worth it for all that you get. Just not looking forward to the cancellation on my 23 birthday. If I am still in Woodstock next year I will keep my membership. However, the contract might hurt me (wish there were more options). As a new member some of the machines are in definite need of maintenance. The staff however is very friendly and I applaud the facility for the number of pieces of equipment that it does have. Leadership should have a more robust plan in place to maintain the machines.  To give one example there is a leg extension machine that definitely needs to be tightened up. It looks like part of it will come right off of the machine because of the play and movement in it . I am definitely willing to adjust my rating if maintenance is performed more timely without members having to point out issues.  There is so much use of the equipment given the amount of people in the facility.Well done. The lifeguards and swim instructors are really sweet to my littles and I appreciate that. They're great with them and I'm always very impressed. Nick is awesome and there are two others (I cannot recall their names) that are particularly awesome. Dear corporate - Love you but few things:1. Fix the outdoor cafe issues so we can order food2. Consider revising the kids menu to add more options that don't have dairy since a lot of kids have a milk or dairy allergy.3. We pay for the pool year round and promised the pool year round. Y'all really need to do something about the pool only being open two months out of the year and two months out of the year for families. More...

I love this gym! Totally worth the value! There is something here for everyone, whether you're just in it for the social aspect,  a newbie wanting to jump into the fitness game, or a seasoned athlete; I for one am the latter. On the weekdays I like to go between 7am-9pm or 1pm-4pm, because these times don't coincide with the paid group training classes and I'm more likely to have access to the weight training equipment I need. What I love most about the gym is their state of the art equipment, the friendly approachable trainers who want you to succeed, and the variety of classes they offer (e.g yoga, HIIT, strength, core). They have so many options for cardio machines so you never get bored. Some machines you won't find at other gyms include the Jacobs ladder, zero runner, and rope climbing machine. The monkey bars on the middle of the fitness floor gives the gym that "adult playground" vibe, and I used it when I was training for my spartan races. I paid extra for team training (Alpha) for two months and I can attest that it will help you build SMM fast. I also regularly participate in the complimentary workout programs sent to my email (Lean and Tone, Detox) which comes with podcasts and articles that give me good tips and keep me motivated! They just refinished basketball courts recently and pick up games seem to be running a lot better now. I like having a steam room and dry sauna, but can we add the no laying down in the sauna rules? I mean at certain times of the days it gets packed and you always have that one or two members that are laying down where 2-3 people can fit. Multiple pools are good. Clean for the most part. But can we add the no speaker music in the dry sauna as well. If you're going to listen to horrible music put some headphones on and listen to it on your own! We don't wanna hear that ish! More...

I've tried many gyms in town, and there isn't a nicer faculty with better equipment. There's 2 basketball courts, a rock climbing wall, a cross-fit like area, 2 classrooms that are always open when there aren't classes going on, a bunch of workout equipment, cardio machines, and areas for stretching and HIIT. The pools are great, both indoor and outdoor along with the hot tub and sauna, along with sauna and steam rooms in the locker rooms, along with towel service. I think the price is fair considering it's probably the elite fitness center in Omaha. The staff is fantastic! Nice group of people, happy to see you, and available for help or advice. Some employees make it easier to go to the gym knowing they'll be there to say "hello." My only complaint is the activities center manager with the office by the men's locker room never smiles and lacks any sort of customer-relation skills, looking down and avoiding eye-contact with customers.The staff at the Life Spa is wonderful. I came in for a last minute haircut with Ewa and I haven't gone any place else since because she did such a great job. The Life Cafe is also legit. Perfect to have access to delicious shakes, smoothies, and semi-healthy meals after workouts. Overall a fantastic facility. More...

First I would like to say, I am a certified personal trainer and have been to ALOT of gyms! This is my first impression, as I just started this week. Scott showed us around the facility and was very patient in answering all my questions. He has a positive up beat attitude, was helpful, and knowledgeable. Their equipment is top notch and there is always something to do. The price point includes the classes and the classes are great! I took a Dance Jam class today with Courteney. Let me tell you! Best dance class I have taken in 7 years! I mean that truly! I'm from the border of Mexico and used to teach a Zumba class and she is fantastic! She has awesome choreography and she mixes it up! Its a hard class if you don't know how to dance... but if you are willing to take the time to learn. You will with her steps! Just work at it and you will get there! I kept messing up at first and no one judged! You can tell people are seasoned in her class. I'm excited to try out more. Also they have boxing bags and plenty of space to move around. The parking lot is always full, but the facility is massive, so it doesn't feel crowded! Best gym experience I have had in Austin this far! Check it out for yourself if you are curious. Probably the best gym facility you will find in town. 2 basketball courts, A CrossFit room, well clean and built locker rooms, steam rooms, saunas, kids center, cafe, spa, yoga and pilates classes, and a huge gym floor with cardio equipment, free weights, machine weights, dumbbells and a large array of variety amongst machines. Great atmosphere and people as well. The cons: Very expensive and the joining fees are way too high. A lot of times it can be a long wait time on certain equipment when it is busy in the gym. I attend multiple locations ( one of the things I love about my membership) depending on the class I want to take. I find some of the instructors/ classes at crosstown to be very inspiring. I also like that the community - members appear to be very friendly, they also seem to follow club curtesy when it come to watching their little kiddos running around better than at some other clubs locations. This is the best gym ever!!! Been going here ever since moving to San Antonio last May.  It is a beautiful facility! Very clean! Very friendly and helpful staff. I love the sauna and steam rooms! The outdoor pool and hot tub is awesome.  The equipment is well kept. I love all of their fitness classes especially the Yoga ones. Those are my fav!! There is so much to do at this gym! A little bit of something for everyone! The rock climbing wall is pretty cool and it is included in your membership as well. They have excellent trainers there! Brad Bowen is a fantastic one! Oh, Life Time! I have a Love/Hate relationship with you. I call it a middle class country club, and the longer I go here, the more I believe it. OVERVIEW: This Life Time has tons of amenities and caters to families, so you're in luck if you want childcare and a giant pool. But if you want to go here, you're going to pay a hefty price in dues to help pitch in for childcare and other amenities like a climbing wall.For this reason, when it's crowded, it's CROWDED. On any given day, there will be the following events likely happening at once:-2 children's birthday parties-A middle school basketball game-6 different classes-Tesla activation (that one was weird and actually happened)EQUIPMENT:The equipment is nice and well-maintained for the most part. A lot of the cardio machines obviously haven't been dusted or cleaned for weeks so that can be kind of weird, full disclosure. For the price, you would think you'd get individual TVs on cardio equipment, but meh, #firstworldproblems. Otherwise, there's usually always a machine open.VIBES: Lots of families and tech bros. You can usually work out as a woman without being bothered too much, which I like. Finally, MAKE SURE to park far away! This place is door ding city.
