How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
To put it simply, I am obsessed with improving what I offer, and with remaining at the forefront of forward thinking to bring you amazing results. I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. This shows in the spectacular results I achieve for my clients (testimonials) and for myself.
I am constantly driven by the incredible sense of fulfilment I feel when I help someone achieve their goals – no matter if they’re an elite athlete or a middle-aged housewife. I believe that anyone can positively change themselves and their bodies, and I will move heaven and earth to ensure that each and every person who I train is feeling happier, more confident, and healthier.
I never impose my own goals on a client. I listen, advise and then coach with that specific goal in mind. I am not a rent-a-friend trainer or here to put on a circus show. I am here to get a very specific job done. That job is the one that you set for me – to achieve your own unique version of improved health, fitness and/or physical appearance. No other way is appropriate for the commitment and investment that you should be making in your health.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams consists of two things- eating and exercise. However, with those you must have discipline and guidance also. Guidance is the road map "we" will use get you to your goals, however, "your" discipline will determine ultimately "your" success.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely enjoy personal training. It's a fantastic feeling having a part in seeing someone change their outward appearance (weight loss, toning, fat burning, etc.) and inwardly (self esteem/confidence).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I wanted to be my own boss.

I provide services online using Facetime, Google Duo, Zoom, etc. or remotely at my personal training studio in Decatur, GA.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safety is my first priority for all my clients and also for me. At my studio location I sanitize all equipment used after every session. Hand sanitiser/wipes are provided for clients. Bathrooms are cleaned/sanitised frequently. Disinfectant air spray used after every session. All mats are sanitized before and after usage. I wear a mask and social distant as much as reasonably possible while personal training. I am frequently covid tested. I have questions I ask prior to each session regarding clients possible contact with any infected people and if so their session will be immediately cancelled.
virtual/remote personal training
Try our virtual personal training for a convenient workout session using FaceTime, Zoom, etc.. Exercise from your home, office or wherever is comfortable for you.
Why spend time going back and forth to the gym when the gym can come to you. Gym travel there and back could take up to 30+ minutes and that's not including the workout. Using our virtual training you could have a whole session with just your travel time. Try it out. Maybe it's just right for you.
