Dr. Derek is the best chiropractor in all of Southern California! I went to a number of chiropractors prior to going to Lifespring Chiropractic and had some bad experiences. Dr. Derek is so caring and knowledgeable about how the body works and has helped me get back to living a normal life again. He uses a massage gun tool to loosen up the muscles and makes the adjustment easier. He has addressed a number of issues with me and has helped me get rid of chronic tension headaches as well as improve other medical conditions like fibromyalgia. He has multiple therapeutic tools and just got a new laser to treat different areas of the body that works at the cellular level. I was using a cane and after two treatments - no need for the cane! I am amazed how well this laser works on removing pain and joint stiffness. #yougottotrythis  He also has a massage therapist and acupuncture at his office. I trust Dr. Derek with my life and he has helped me with other areas not related to chiropractic. I would not go to anyone else. Thanks Derek for everything! More...

Derek is my favorite chiropractor in all of California, and I have tried nearly a dozen! My father was a chiropractor so I am very particular about who I go to, but Lifespring Chiropractic keeps getting my business over and over because of the great care I receive! Derek is thorough with his adjustment, deeply knowledgeable about the body fat beyond the scope of chiropractic, he includes a massage gun treatment before and during each of my sessions, and he even came in on his day off to help me with an emergency medical problem! His facility is equipped with many helpful bodywork tools and I always come back to him whenever I need a tune-up. He takes the time to get to know his patients and remembers me by name, who I came with in the past, and what I do for work. He has advised me on how to take care of a variety of symptoms like a burst pupil, vertigo, acne, period trouble, no matter what I bring to him he has helped me every time. I am so glad I have been going to see Jordan for my chiropractic visits! Â When I started going, I didn't even realize how much I would benefit from these visits. Â I am sleeping better, less fatigue at work, and Jordan gives such a no-nonsense approach, with simple techniques that anyone can add to their daily routine to just make things better when it comes to back pain. Â I recommend him to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care in a relaxed environment. Â <br>I work in an office sitting all day and was in a lot of discomfort before i started treatment with Jordan. Â He gave me a couple simple stretches to incorporate into my day in between visits to help me out, and just by being consistent with those couple of stretches I have been feeling a little bit better every week! Been coming to Life Spring for about 3 weeks and it has put the spring back into my life! Dr.Derek is awesome. He definitely went above and beyond. I went in for an adjustment and got to telling him about an ankle injury that i had a few months back. He graciously did some work on my ankle to help losen up the scar tissue, even though I had only gone in for an adjustment. Furhtermore, he was so kind and patient with my daughter who refuses to get adjusted. He didnt pressure her into an adjustment, he just let her watch and sit on the adjustment table to help her overcome her fear and get more confortable with him. <br>I would definitely recommend seeing him for both adult and child adjustments. Lifesprings chiropractic helped me get back on track after I was injured in a car accident. <br><br>Dr. Mason and Dr. Derek are great guys that are truly dedicated to taking care of their patients. <br><br>From the first visit Sheryll made me feel welcomed and set me up with a treatment plan that worked for me.<br><br>Regular appointments with Dr. Mason got my health back to where it was before my accident. Doctor Jordan was the first chiropracter to take his time to really identify the underlying problems in my back causing painful nerve triggers in my arms and legs. No other chiropracter was able to uncover the small congenital fuses I had and help me find exercises to permanentally relieve them. Most other chiropracters I went to will just massage things out and you feel good for a few days. Lifespring teaches you preventative practice to avoid recurring injury, pain and discomfort. I started going here about a month ago due to some long term issues with my neck. Â They are not just a crack your joints place. Â They have a lot of newer technology that I had not previously seen. Â I enjoy using the wiggle chairs and the turbo sonic with weights on my neck and shoulder. Â <br><br>The best part is that my neck is feeling a lot better. Â I have gone three years with extreme pain in my neck, and that pain has severely subsided after one month. Â Dr. Jordan Johnson put together an action plan to help me, and it's working. Hands down (sorry no pun intended here) this is the best chiropractor and office  that I have been to. The entire is staff is friendly and provides great customer service. <br>Unlike a majority of chiropractors, where they just crack your neck and stretch you out, Dr. Derek Mason adjustments more than that. He also uses weights to adjust your posture and lets his patients use the "Turbo Sonic" machine which most professional athletes use to train on and to get loose.  Also as you wait you can sit on one of many "wobble chairs" as you wait to get adjusted. Just think about it how many times have you heard from your friends that their chiropractor has a "wobble chair." <br>The three massage therapists on staff are friendly and professional and offer 30 min sessions up to 2 hours.  <br>An adjustment and massage from Lifespring Chiropractic will make you walk and stand a bit taller as you leave the building and wanting you go come back for further adjustments if you feel or are in need of one.
