How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Step 1 is having a firm understanding of what you would like to achieve. More often than not, boosting confidence and developing healthy habits is achieved by losing weight and gaining strength, and understanding the mental state is just as important as understanding the physical state of each client.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Achieving the body you desire and the emotional benefits of it is to commit to yourself above anything or anyone else. When you're committed to the results, you're much more likely to get them just like anything else.
What do you love most about your job?
The clients! I love to have fun and get to now my clients on a personal level, and to watch them achieve their goals week by week and month by month, it's very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been self-employed for over a decade now, and wouldn't change a thing about it. The freedom it provides is unlike anything else, and my previous experiences have certainly shaped how I operate my business. I recently sold my training studio in San Diego, and now here in Chandler training out of a private gym until I find a new space for a studio.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most trainers like to talk about themselves (their certifications, experience, etc), and while those aren’t “bad” things, it’s you—the potential client—that should be heard.
I take time to have a deep understanding of my clients goals, wants and needs. With this understanding, I’m much more capable of delivering the desired results.
