Joe is different. I was part of his team at work a few years ago. Every time we met he was genuinely ready and willing to help with advise and actions, not only me, but all of us. He always listened. Not only heard our voices. His demeanor was of a real person who was ready to converse. His passion was visible and palpable through his thoughts, ideas and words. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others. I have been blessed to work alongside hundreds of individuals as a coach and partner. Seeing someone grow and accomplish their goals is the most rewarding thing I can think of professionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have spent over 20 years in Sales, Marketing & Coaching. While I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some great organizations, I feel the next step for me to effectively help more people is being able to create more personalized and custom solutions for people. Founding my own business allows me to accomplish this.
