I’ve been a member of this location since before it was open and it’s the 2nd location I’ve been a member of. I’ve always had great experiences at both locations, from talking to staff to enjoying the amazing amount of equipment. That is until today. I sat down at a bench, with weights in hand to begin a set, when one of your “trainers” came over and told me this particular bench was being used by him and his client. Mind you, there was no towel or any other belongings near the bench that would suggest it was being used. And the trainer and his client were on another machine at the time. Then he points out another bench on the other side of the free weight area and tells me to use that one. Wow. So this is what I pay for? I’ll gladly speak privately with a manager, maybe someone can help this trainer be as courteous and helpful as all of the other ones I’ve spoken to. We have not regretted joining one bit since they opened. We love the classes, the instructors, the fact that they already have towels and decent toiletries, just makes coming here EASY. Well worth the cost.

Very clean, organized, plenty of machines, racks, benches, etc. Great amenities also. The only complaint I have is about all of the unruly children running around while the parents do nothing about it, there must be some sort of enforcement to this, as this gym is very expensive and it dampers the experience a bit.

Went to this place on a guest pass, absolutely phenomenal. Millions of times better than the awful Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center, that place was/is just terrible. The HR manager Lindsay Harris is just beyond awful, she is rude and just rotten on the inside. As well as a fitness manager Sharon Casper, Lifetime is absolutely amazing. I have not yet joined, because I live a bit away, but I do plan on it. The GM I know from Cando as well as Princeton Fitness and Wellness, he’s a great person, keeps the place nice and clean. This by far is the best gym I've been too, it's well cleaned up and the staff is very nice. It's nice to know that you'll be able to play basketball because their's 4 courts. This is the best gym to go to if your looking for one it has an out door water park for the summers and indoor pools, hot tubs, it's also got a place for you to drop off your kids if you want to go work out witch by the way, the workout area is awesome. This place has a great workout environment! Everyone is very friendly from the front desk staff to the cafe to the awesome trainers. Billy is one of the best trainers! He tells your the truth and pushes you to be your best. I recommend you try one workout with Billy and you'll be back for more! Then ask Jordan in the cafe for a mocha madness protein shake. What a great place for exercise and relaxation! State of the art equipment and plenty space to do whatever you need to do to improve optimum fitness level. Wet and dry sauna and whirlpool to finish a great workout! A professional bodybuilders dream. Plenty of quiet rooms for stretching and posing for upcoming bodybuilding competition which I’m looking forward to in the near future. As a 12 year member of Lifetime Fitness, this is undoubtedly the best club I’ve visited throughout the country. As others have stated, Lifetime’s new Greenway location feels like a country club which one would expect for a Diamond-tier club — truly a world-class experience situated in our international metropolis. Lifetime Greenway embodies a modern, yet posh experience. The facilities are clean, the amenities are top-notch, and the customer service is unparalleled! Every service professional at this location is amazingly gracious, informative, and each professional goes above and beyond to ensure each patron feels like family. The nearby Equinox in my neighborhood doesn’t even hold a candle to the greatness that is Greenway Lifetime. The photos don’t do this beautiful club justice. Also, a big shout out to Dallas who took the time to call me several days ago to formally welcome me to their club and address any concerns or questions I had — exceeded my expectations!! 5 stars (out of 5)!!! BTW, the Lifetime Galleria Tennis club (next to the Neiman Marcus) is excellent, too! After my positive experiences at LT Greenway and the Galleria Tennis club, I have no desire to go to elsewhere for my fitness needs — all the other clubs are “amateur hour” — yawn. I should update it, because since my last review the gym made some serious improvement! You got the new Alpha area with 6 new squat racks. Lots of new Alpha equipment - if you are familiar with the Lifetime program, this is their version of crossfit. So i mean we got new kettlebells, new boxes for box jumps. I wish they have a lot more of the foam type ones, we are 5+ in the Alpha or Cut class at times and it's hard sharing just one foam box to jump at.They also upgraded the flooring to a more vinyl wood-look type, that lets you slide the sled a little bit easier across the floor. YOU GOT TO TAKE CODY'S CUT OR ALPHA CLASS! wow, i used to just take Alpha, and seriously improved my strength and endurance, I added his CUT class because it's for toning and serious cardio. Taking both really improved my fitness level! Bonus, he's super fun and really engaged with his students. He always pushes you to challenge yourself, but also has modified versions of the exercises for those with injuries or limited mobility. Even if we are a mix of fitness level in a class - we all work as a team!PS: Alan's burn is also great....Glad to see this gym add many more fun classes and doing lots of upgrades in their equipment. What an incredible instructor! I've been taking Gabriella's Dance Jam/Latin Jam for over a year, and it is a BLAST every time! Makes my night and week even. A great workout- I'm always sweating within 10 mins, awesome music, great choreography and incredible amount of energy that she brings to class! She is funny, fun and an incredible dancer. So grateful to have found Gabriella as an instructor. I just wish she taught more classes! But for now, Monday's will be the highlight of the week! More...
