About

My name is Najim and I am a life purpose coach, writer, and speaker helping young professionals live a more fulfilling life by discovering and pursuing their purpose.

After nearly a decade in the corporate world, serving in various management and leadership roles, I experienced firsthand the emotional pain of feeling burnt out, unfulfilled, and out of alignment with my true self and potential.

Q&As

Being able to help people discover who they really are and what their purpose in life is.

Back when I was in high school, I questioned if life really had a deeper meaning, struggling with issues of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and a general sense of insecurity with regard to my role in life.

I had good grades and did well in school, but was completely lost and without direction, leading to one day getting involved in a really bad car accident that had nearly cost my life.

Prior to this life-changing event, I didn't realize how precious my life (and A LIFE, in general) really was, but I sure as heck did after this near-death experience.

I vowed to make real and significant changes in my life and to not squander this precious existence. This determination and drive led to years of studying and practicing self-awareness and personal development to become the best version of myself that I could be.

It also translated into a financial career that I thought would give me that life fulfillment I was ultimately seeking. I ambitiously climbed the proverbial corporate ladder, getting promotion after promotion (and a few nice shiny toys), but life still felt hollow, and I was left desperately craving for MORE.

This emptiness led me to look INWARD, not outward, for what was missing in my life, and I discovered something completely life changing.

I was not living my life in alignment with who I really was and what my values were. I was someone (and still am someone) who craves peace, progress, and purpose, but I wasn't getting any of this in my corporate jobs, despite racking up all the professional accomplishments.

I learned that I needed to fully understand who I was, get out of my comfort zone, and trust my intuition to the fullest to transition out of the unfulfilling situation I was in and into the life I always wanted.

And this epiphany led me to the world of coaching, writing, and speaking--to a world where I could help people like myself to discover and pursue their life purpose, and ultimately, give their life true and lasting fulfillment.

Today, I'm living my life purpose every day with the biggest smile in the world, and not looking back. And I absolutely am so blessed to be doing the work I love and experiencing the fulfillment I've always been seeking, helping people from all career paths and walks of life to live their best life.

My clients appreciate the fact that I go deeper than the surface level to ask powerful questions, while holding the space needed to let them arrive at their own insights and answers. It's kinda like the whole "give a person a fish" or "teach them how to fish"...I do the latter :)

Yes, I coach clients via Zoom or by phone call, depending on the client's preference.

For the foreseeable future, all my coaching is done via Zoom or phone call, depending on the client's preference.
