I am not one to normally write reviews on services or products, but I felt highly compelled to do so considering as Tim is a great executive coach. Tim and I met through my workplace, which in a nut shell is competitive and intense. To make it to the top you need to be on your “A” game 24/7 - the sharks always smell any form of weakness and will seek you out. In 2019, I had experienced a few set backs in my personal life, the biggest of them being the end of a 6 year relationship. It left me in shambles and a deep depression. Due to the emotional turmoil, my work efficiency took a major hit as well. Eventually, the higher ups took notice and were not too pleased with my lack in performance. This is where Tim comes in - I confided in him that life was spiraling out of control and he was ready with advice and solutions. We spoke about the driving factors of what was going on, what I wanted in life, what goals/aspirations, and ultimately how I see my end game unfolding. He helped guide me out of toxic relationships and cultivate better relationships with those that mattered. One of the things that I love about Tim’s MO is that he is a no bulls*t/ tough love kind of guy. He listens to what you have to say and will tell you straight up what others are too fearful to express. At first I was fighting his advice, but he never gave up on me and kept trying to correct the path I was walking on while still letting me learn from my mistakes. Sometimes we need that wake up call to shake and show us that there is a need for a change. Fast forward to today and I can say with all of that work, I was able to turn my life back around. Currently, I am striving for a potential promotion and also working on my own self through positive affirmations and reinforcement. We tend to be our own worst critics and one thing that Tim has ingrained in me is by changing your mindset, you change your outcome. More...
