I am committed life coach with 7+ years of professional experience, BSW, Mental Health Specialist and helped 150+ achieve their goals. I specialize in coaching professional women who face stress, being overwhelmed, burnout in the workplace live a fulfilled & meaningful life. I coached and mentored individual clients and companies in South Florida. I help people develop objectives, plans and strategize ways to achieve them while maintaining positive practices and outlooks for life. I motivate individuals to make positive life-altering, transformational changes. Addition to life coaching, I facilitate corporate groups with understanding and implementing the common objectives, work life balance, providing unique techniques to decrease stress, burnout and being overwhelmed, assisting and supporting individual to achieve their goals. Helping clients with identifying life and work goals, creating clarity with their vision, selecting appropriate methods and techniques to resolve conflict, and provide healthy tools to cope with anxiety and depression.

I have also created The Dream Career and Life Program which is all customized to the client. Everyone doesn't have the same struggles and barriers.
