Working with Levi has been amazing. He very quickly pinpointed the root of some issues I had been having with my hip and offered specific exercises to work through during our one-on-one sessions and at home. His attention to detail and ensuring that I had an understanding of how each movement was to be completed was so thorough. He instantly made me feel comfortable, which allowed me to ask questions and gain a firm understanding of not only the “how” but the “why”. He focused on breathing during difficult movements, which made such a difference when working through trouble spots. What I was most impressed with was his desire to arm me with the tools to work towards my goals, versus pointing me towards a long series of in-person sessions. So many positive things to say about my experience with Levi! He's attentive, involved, patient, and very knowledgeable. He challenges and encourages me to push myself every workout. He's taught me how to breathe properly (honestly feels like I don't have asthma anymore) and has transformed my mindset for the better.
