People. I am a huge people person and love to promote wellness and inward thinking to support in reaching an individuals full potential.

I’m my other profession as program manager of a transitional health care unit, I have gained experience and practice in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Wellness Recovery Action Planning, and Peer support for leaders there is a wealth of knowledge that is person centered to support in helping individuals reach their full potential while learning to balance external stressors in a transition or new experience in life.

Yes. I am happy to accommodate. Zoom is preferred.

Mostly remote work. Any in person would be wearing mask and remaining six feet apart.

Services

Weekly one on one meeting will occur with the assigned life coach. These sessions will be a safe place for individuals to share what has been on their mind while learning new tips to manage stressors we face each day. This will be a time to look into the future and gain insight into tools and answers you didn’t know you already have inside!

Need support? From 6-8pm PST on Tuesday and Thursday feel free to reach out with questions or needed guidance.

In a peer support modeled group, work closely with others who are experiencing similar situations and learn more while realizing your successful and happy future is a few choices away.

Receive a follow up session review that covers what was discussed in the session as well as developed plans and goals for the upcoming week. These assessments are meant to help you look closer at the tools you have to help reach your goals!
