What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients get unstuck! I love seeing them thrive and build the kind of lives they have only dreamt about. I also love seeing clients become the leaders they aspire to be, those who can influence others with integrity and passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the years, the business has grown and changed along with the various stages of life. It was important to create a balanced lifestyle and, I started on my own as an event planner and real estate manager of personal properties. After graduate school in 2010, I become passionate about leadership development and helping others to overcome obstacles through training and coaching. It was important to create a balanced lifestyle and as a life-long learner, embark on a new pathway to serve others as a coach and trainer helping others become the leaders they aspire to be.

The coaching clients that choose me are interested in overcoming the obstacles that get in the way of their self-leadership and the influence they desire to have in the workplace, their communities, and their families. I have learned to listen carefully, with empathy, and ask thought-provoking questions that enhance self-discovery and create a pathway forward.

Coaching is provided online using the zoom platform. Transformational Leadership training Cohorts are also online. I am available to conduct training in person for teams and organizations. Reach out for details.

Life & Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching works with you to strengthen your skills, identify gaps, and find your pathway for increased impact, influence, and peace of mind. Specifically equipped to help with career development, stress management, setting and achieving goals, relationship development, strengthen your communication skills, or Spiritual development. 4-6 Month Packages for bi-monthly coaching are available. The price range is $2,100-$3,600 per package.
