I've worked with other trainers in the past and Liz is hands down, THE BEST! She is professional, knowledgeable, motivational and has and engaging personality. Our workouts are FUN. I started training with Liz to address some issues with my back and osteoporosis and I've had overall results that exceeded my expectations. Not only do I feel more fit, I am now conscious of how I move and how to stretch properly.
Liz explains how certain exercises relate to physiology so that I am not going through the motions without understanding how they impact me physically. She offers helpful advice about nutrition and general wellness.
I am so happy to have found her!

I started with Liz as my fitness trainer six years ago. She has got me to a level of fitness at which I’m very happy and is sustainable. Liz has worked with me after meniscus surgery and other injuries. She’s super knowledgeable about appropriate strengthening vis-à-vis weaknesses or injuries. Over my training, Liz has kept my program interesting and even exciting with new strengthening techniques and exercises. She layers in cardio and interval workouts as well as anaerobic work. Employing a culmination of functional training, cardio conditioning, interval training and corrective exercise, clients can be prepared for the unique challenges they face in their day to day lives. Many injuries occur due to de-conditioning and muscular and strength imbalances that occur over time due to repetitive movements. Using muscular testing and corrective exercise keeps you, the client safe while getting you to your goal.

Taking control of your health and employing a healthy lifestyle in general, will go far toward keeping results continuous. Keeping track of nutrition regularly, while on a meal plan or not, ensures positive change, and will also feed your motivation ! Knowing and using the right combination of cardio, strength training, and real world nutrition ensures success!!

Helping and having a positive affect on the lives of the people i work with is the most rewarding feeling in the world! Watching the look on a clients face as they achieve goals they did not think possible; hearing how they recognize the positive changes in their health and being a part of it is both a blessing and my passion!

After I had my second son I felt I needed a career that I could taylor to meet my availability while my son was young. I went to my local gym to inquire about positions. I enjoyed exercise and wanted to ask questions. The gentleman at the gym looked at me and asked a few questions and said "you need to be a personal trainer". And so I discovered the amazing gift of working with people and helping them overcome injuries and challenges and attain their goals!! I am so grateful!
