I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. My clients come from a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds. I am proud to be an LGBTQ+ advocate who values social justice, diversity, and body positivity.

As a therapist, I value open communication with clients. In addition to standard talk therapy, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I frequently incorporate mindfulness into sessions.
