I was brought in by a fellow personal trainer to train at this facility and was only there for a month when the trainer that brought me in and who I was training with left the facility. I was going with him to train elsewhere and asked the owner, who knew the circumstances behind me not continuing my membership, for a refund of the monthly charge. She refused to make an exception even though I was not using the facility for any purposes for that month and my sessions with the trainer were done there. She was unprofessional and took her personal feelings about the trainer leaving out on me. I ended up paying for a month of services I never had and that wasn’t cheap! Very disappointed in how she handled her business and this first time and last time customer. On top of that, she has equipment that wasn’t working due to not having the right cords to run the machines. More...
