1 on 1 Personal Training
We completely individualize your workout to your specific needs. During theses sessions you have our undivided attention and everything is customized to meet your level, your needs, and your goals.
Small Group Personal Training
Similar to our 1 on 1 programs, each client receives a completely individualized experience. However, the trainer in charge of the session will have their attention split between up to 6 total clients. You gain the accountability of the group and the encouragement of everyone in the room, but it is not quite as directly focused on only you.
RAID Metabolic Training
With focuses on balance, strength, stability, cardio, and mobility, this is an all encompassing, albeit high intensity class. It is written in an overarching method to meet the needs of all skill levels in the class, but adjustments and tweaks are made to keep the exercises appropriate to each client.
Level Up PE
Our kids program, focused on helping kids find love for physical activity. We implement exercises to improve locomotor skills, strength, agility, and overall health while ensuring an enjoyable and fun environment. Kids ages 4-12 are welcomed and we adjust exercises to provide appropriate challenges to all levels!
Sports Performance Training
Sport specific skill development, strength, agility, and explosive power are all implemented and developed here. While we work to improve all of these elements, we also work in the necessary exercises to limit the risk of injury both in training and during participation in each athlete's respective sport.
