Construction Administration Services
Construction Administration Services involve a scope of work above and beyond that standard Architectural Contract. This service is an add-on to the Architectural Design Services that takes our involvement into and through the construction process.
In addition to typical review of project shop drawings and responses to project specific Requests For Information (RFI) we offer the following:
1) On-site obvervation
2) Construction Pay Application Review
3) Creation of or review of Punch-List Items
4) Liaison between the Owner/Cient and the General Contractor
