My partner, Damian Velasco, and I have an extensive background in law enforcement and security implementation. My partner Damian is an active 27-year Sergeant of the Los Angeles Police Department with a specialty in counter-terrorism, dignitary protection, and training. Personally, I am a 20-year veteran of the US Army with a military police and security background specializing in risk assessment and executive protection.

Although most people may simply think "Security is Security" our value proposition is as such: Our security guards have the verbal acumen to sustain an intellectual conversation with a client or high-net worth individual, yet be tactically sound to mitigate a potentially dangerous situation without anyone ever noticing.

My partner and I pride ourselves in focusing equally on the customer service aspect AND security requirements of our client relationships. We whole-heartedly believe in brand recognition through high level service and teamwork. Most security companies "promise" it but fall short. We BELIEVE it to our core and it is for this reason why we started our business. We have a high-level minimum standard of quality service we expect from our guards that must be delivered to our clients and we will simply not compromise it for anyone or anything.
