Emotional Intelligence awareness training teaches individuals how emotions can run high, they change the way our brains function, diminishing our basic cognitive abilities, decision-making powers, and even our interpersonal skills. This can cause the most talented people to underperform when faced with triggering relationships, rapid change and disruption to routines.

Behavioral Coaching looks to improve action and behaviors to achieve the desired goals. It generally involves empathy path, leadership path, and helping change path. All these pathways help to change one’s and others’ behavior for the better. Levels in Behavioral Coaching
Level 1: Behavioral performance/outcome – To identify ‘what’ should be done to achieve the desired outcome or behavioral change.
Level 2: Environmental Factors – To identify ‘where’ and ‘when’ behavioral techniques should be implemented. It is determined by the individual's environment.
Level 3: Set goals for change – To identify the ‘how’ the actions or behaviors are selected, monitored, and analyzed for behavioral change.

I will help you to develop courage, confidence, and self-worth, reframe negative self-talk and build and strengthen relationships. Define your vision for yourself and your future, develop meaningful goals with a plan to achieve them and finally understand yourself better and recognize your blind spots.
