We recently got married and chose Let's Party for our reception needs. RJ and Shelly were professional and easy to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and had wonderful suggestions for making our vision come to life. We had 32 tables at our wedding and chose to go with beautiful bling chandeliers and tall vases. The quality was outstanding and we loved that we had a reasonably priced option for renting these gorgeous pieces. Additionally we rented two beautiful standing candelabras and a backdrop for our head table. They also supplied our linens and they were beautiful! We received so many wonderful compliments on our centerpieces and we have Let's Party to thank for that! I stopped by Let's Party to pickup some napkins on Friday for an event that I was having on Saturday morning and noticed additional items that I was interested in gathering information regarding rental prices. I didn't have time to wait and decided to return early Saturday morning PRAYING that someone would be there before 9:00 am. Well let me tell you... Not only are they a great rental place, they’ve saved me twice! Once for my wedding last year, I called on a Monday and they delivered a tent and tables and chairs at a very fair price and no hassles. Then this year (apparently I like waiting until the last minute) for some quick tables and chairs for my daughters graduation party. These guys are the best! Highly recommend. Great hassle free service. Rented 10 chairs from them for a small dinner party. Was able to pickup Saturday morning and return any time one in Monday for $1. 20 per chair. I was the best man in my friends wedding and these folks made it so easy and painless to decorate. They have tons of options (embroidered overlays are great) when it comes to decorating and very reasonably priced. We chose Let's Party even though they were 45 minutes away (we're in Champaign) because they were much more affordable than local options. We were able to get all we wanted (linens, chafing dishes, serving dishes) for a great price, and they special ordered napkins for us in our wedding colors. They were very flexible with us on pickup and return dates and times, and communicated quickly with us when items we had reserved turned out to not be available, replacing those items with more expensive or equivalent options at no charge to us. When some of our items were not ready at pickup time, they quickly offered to deliver them to the venue on the day of at no charge because they wanted the extra time to ensure the items were clean and ready for us. All the items were functional, as described, and at a great cost. We felt having the nicer linens, napkins, glass drink dispensers, etc really made the event feel classier and nicer. Did a great job for our event and I would use them again!  Easy process, reasonable pricing (we shopped around too), very clear documentation/invoicing throughout the whole thing (no billing surprises, woo hoo! ), accommodating, on time and everything looked great too!  Chairs were a little dinged up and there may have been a spot on a linen or two, but no one noticed and, overall, we were incredibly happy with the outcome!  Also, the delivery crew went above and beyond.  Much appreciated! I used Lets Party for my grad party and the tent crew that came out was very professional. At first glance i was a little worried. But i showed them where the tent was goin and went back inside for not even 30 mins. When i came back out the tent was up tables and chairs all set up. I was shocked!  Definitely would say they have a very fast delivery crew.  That night a storm came thru and the rain was pouring in sideways. The tent guy gave me his number and i texted him for some sides and sure enuf 10 pm at night he came out and set up all sides. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having a party. More...

We found Lets Party due to our other rental vendor raising rates and giving yucky service.
Shelly was great to work with even being willing to reduce the numbers on everything as late as a week or so before the wedding!
She was great to communicate with and made the renting process VERY Easy! We needed to rent chairs for our outdoor ceremony as well as a complete set of tableware for a sit~down meal for 100. They dropped off on friday & picked up on monday. easy peasy!

I used Let's Party for the chair covers and sashes for my wedding. I met with the the owner 1 time, told her my colors and how many I needed and that was it. I rented a tent from Let's Party in August for my wedding. I was pretty clueless to what size I needed. When I walked into the shop, the owner Shelly was there to help me figure everything out. We decided on the 40x100. When the guys came to set it up, everything went very smoothly. Aside from the tent I had order their tables, plastic chairs, white chair covers, purple sashes, purple overlays, and the candy bar was such a hit! We had quite a few children there and needless to say it kept them occupied. Everyone had such a good time at the wedding and I got so many compliments. However, I owe everything to Let's Party. The next day they came to take everything down. It was the same guys that set it up and they asked me how everything went and were pleased to know it went well. I would use them again for all my future events. The prices were the best in not only the town, but the whole area. The quality was exceptional.
