All five 5 review except for one thing. Our waiter was insisting that we buy wine. He would ask over and over about what type of wine we wanted to get, and if we wanted a bottle or a glass. This was awkward to my wife and I because we had never felt pressured to ordered liquor unless we wanted too. He was brazen that we buy wine. But we finally decide to get a bottle of wine. My wife decided to go with the Filet and she loved it and i had some Sushi that i also liked. Even though the waiter was bold about the wine, he was also tentative throughout the day and made sure we were doing fine. We never felt rushed and we actually enjoyed our stay. The White Knight sushi was amazing and very much with a visit alone. The New York strip was good, but not as good as the price tag would justify, especially given that sides are extra. My advice: go for the sushi.

This was our first time here. Our server, Erin, was phenomenal. Loved the steakburger and fries. My wife and i couldnt get over how good the beignets were especially with the vanilla cream. Definitely going back.

I'm not sure how this hidden gem has stayed hidden from me for this long! I've lived here for 10 years, and I have finally found my favorite restaurant. The ambiance was perfect and featured great music at the perfect volume. The lights were brighter in the more social dining area, but we chose the more romantic bar area and enjoyed the dimmer lighting. It was cozy yet contemporary. The service that Brian gave was impeccable. And the food....good heavens....the food. It started with amazing chips that had a champagne vinaigrette - delicious. We had a wedge salad, an emperor roll, chicken piccatta, steakhouse burger, beignets, and lava cake. Every single thing was delicious. This is the best food in Park City! Stumbled on the this place by accidentally meeting the Executive Chef Scott. Our first visit was so good we came back the following weekend and will now return anytime we are here.  The first time I got two beautiful sushi rolls that were really good, but I was so jealous of my wife's beautiful fillet mignon that I had to come back to get it the second time. Hands down one of the best most tender steaks we have ever had. It was cooked perfectly and just melted in your mouth. Scott greeted us personally and made off menu caprese with tomatoes from his own garden for us. The second time we got their amazing wedge salad. They have their own take on it and their blue cheese is incredible. Great wine list and a full bar. Erin took great care of us and guided us through the menu. Make sure to wander around and check out their bar area. They have a nice bar and patio in the back. And, above all else get the beignets for dessert. Even if you don't normally eat dessert like us - get them. They are amazing! A couple of people have complained that it was very busy during prime time. I had the Wagyu Bavette cooked medium rare and my wife had the Niman Ranch Pork Tomahawk. They were delicious. I got mine with a bearnaise sauce though it was delicious without it. My wife doesn't like fatty pieces of meat so what little fat she had she gave to me and that was also amazing. Everything tasted great and their is just too much to put here. Amazing good food. We were sitting at the sushi bar and the environment was great. Service was very friendly, kind, great to talk to, and fast. I was willing to tip 100% I never tip above 15%. The food was incredible. For the price, this place is average in my opinion. However, if you ignore the price factor, this place serves good grub by any standard definition. The sushi is fresh and the steaks are excellent. The atmosphere is nice and everyone is friendly. Haven't decided yet if I will return or not.
I am stopping short of five stars because I think the food isn't quite there and the service made multiple mistakes that were hard to ignore. They forgot who ordered what, couldn't tell the different cuts of steak apart, and then brought the completely wrong cut of steak for my buddy - which he was nice enough not to send back. These kinds of mistakes shouldn't happen in a classy restaurant like this. If this were a Denny's I would let it slide, but not when the expectation is for higher end service and food. :)

Wonderful food. We had the sushi and burger and both were amazing. The executive chef, Scott, took the time to come out and talk with several tables and was clearly passionate about the food he was preparing.
Also the Mac and Cheese was perfect and the portions were large on everything. The environment was nice and inviting without giving off a feeling of pretentiousness, while still showing pride in who they are.
You can't go wrong eating here.

We went here for our anniversary dinner and we loved it. They bring you some fresh chips to start and they're just right start off with. My wife got the white knight sushi and it was very good and fresh. I got the elk and it was cooked to perfection with some delicious squash. I also got the iceberg salad and the homemade ranch and cracked pepper and fresh bacon made it delicious (pictured). We ate outside and the little patio was great, our table was just the right size. Great staff and food. My wife and I've been going here for over three years and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Most of the time we order sushi (recommend the Zen roll) but occasionally come in for the steakhouse style burgers as well. Where should I begin? I'll start with saying that the entire dining experience exceeded all of our expectations. I loved the charming boutique stye resturant, it was perfect for a romantic dinner with my husband. We started with the Prime Time Roll which was absolute perfection! We decided to share steak & salmon, we loved both dishes. They had a great wine selection which is extremely important to me because I'm often disappointed with wine selection when dining out.
