Our company was started back in 2013 in Syracuse, Ut. We offer some of Hawaii's favorite dishes such as Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Beef, Rice and Mac Salad.

I used Leila’s Luau to cater a Christmas party. The food was delicious as usual. The rice & meat were nice and hot. Pasta salad & pineapple were perfectly cold. The portions were great! Leila's Luau did (a last minute order on our part) for our girls volleyball team for today on their away game.

My favorite Hawaiian spot around! I've tried others and keep coming back here. I love that the cabbage in the kalua pork is actually steamed, not a bed of raw cabbage. What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish and customer favorite is the Hawaiian Mix Plate with Shoyu Chicken, Kalua Pork, Rice and Mac Salad.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We allow a free taste testing to show our clients what we offer and then we go from there to see what they like.
What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to share our culture and history through the food we make is the best part of what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started out as a side hustle to make extra money when I wasn't working my local Sheriffs office. Eventually it grew big enough that I left my job in 2014 to pursuit the restaurant business.
