Essential. The state of our health is determined primarily by what we're feeding our body. Nutritious food has the ability to energize us, boost our mood, protect us from sickness and disease and so much more. Unfortunately, a poor diet can leave us feeling sick, depressed, drained and makes us more susceptible to disease. I believe everyone has unique nutritional needs but at the same time I truly think everyone can benefit from adapting to a more whole-food and unprocessed diet.

Wellness is my absolute passion. As someone who once struggled to know how to take care of my body, now being able to share my knowledge and expertise to help others is incredible. I work towards steering clients away from restrictive-dieting and educating them on how to properly nourish their body for energy, vitality and resilience.

My favorite thing about coaching is when clients begin to see the results of the changes they've made.

I've been there.... I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed with all the information on the internet surrounding diet and nutrition. I know how challenging it can be to hold yourself accountable and stick to your goals. Without support, diet and lifestyle changes can be tough. Through a combination of my personal experience and my professional training as a nutritionist, I'm able to effectively help clients achieve and maintain their health goals. My approach to wellness is unrestrictive, realistic and supportive.

Yes, all of my services are currently offered remotely and coaching sessions can be done via zoom.

Services

1 hour 1:1 session to discuss your current diet, lifestyle, health goals, concerns & history. Following our session, you will receive a customized health protocol via email which includes: a recap of our call, an outline of our current plan of action, realistic goals, diet & lifestyle recommendations as well as a customized meal plan.

includes 1-30 minute follow up session to discuss progress, make adjustments, tackle additional health concerns and receive support.

1 week, 2 week or 4 week plans available.

Perfect for those who have a specific dietary concern or just want more structure for their week. After assessing your allergies/intolerances, preferences and concerns, I will be able to design a 7 day meal plan customized to your needs. Included will be 3 meals and 3 snack recommendations per day with nutritionist-approved recipes & tips.

For this service, I send out a meal plan assessment form so I can gather as much relevant information about you in order to design your plan as specific as possible. No consultation call required for this service unless requested by client.
