I am a life-long athlete and ended up with some cumulative lumbar damage that really affected my quality of life after a while. When I first saw Dr. Cosmas Leigh, I had a significant degree of spinal compression at L4/L5 and L5/S1, and I was experiencing sciatica and numbness in my feet when I ran or played soccer. I had previously benefited from manual decompression about 3 years prior to this, but I failed to maintain my wellness, so I was back to square 1. When I first went to Dr Leigh, I had taken a medical leave from work. I was in unbelievable pain 24/7. The pain was so bad I cried daily. My neck, shoulders, and head were so bad all I could do was lay down and even that was painful. I hardly slept because of the pain!
After seeing Dr Leigh, he recommended decompression therapy. Within the first few weeks my headaches were gone and I was able to sleep pain free.

I cannot thank Dr. Leigh enough he has helped my husband drastically with a herniated disc in his back. This is not just a chiropractic clinic that has a simple table you lay on and pop a couple joints back into place. Dr. Leigh has state of the art equipment and a sincere desire to help people feel better. My husband could barely walk six weeks ago and is now feeling a 100 times better and he is not even a quarter of the way through is treatment. Great alternative to having surgery. More...
