I had a great Triple Decker Club my first visit and enjoyed browsing the shop area. Second trip I ordered from the deli. Everything is cold and not heated up. Food and desserts are great. However, cashier Pat might need to watch some videos on customer service, as I found her almost rude. What I mean by that is that she did not smile, and she was cold and unfriendly. Definitely sub par service from her today. Great selection of difficult to find SA wines, groceries, etc.Don't bother paying $35 for the biltong, it's some of the blandest you'll ever eat. It tastes like generic cured meat, an insult to SA folks everywhere. Make your own or find another supplier. More...

The food and wine selection they have is very good. Though, I would have to say I go for the deli they have in the back of the store. The food selection they have is very good. Hands down, this place will beat any sub shop around. Though, you will end up paying a little bit more than normal for this. The environment is good. However, the store has everything arranged in a way that it is a bit cramped. The exit is not clearly defined. My wife loves this place. They sell a variety of exotic and imported foods which are wonderful. The wine selection is HUGE and they will research to find wines that they don't ordinarily carry. The deli makes great sandwiches.
